Visitation Policy
We nurture our puppies in our home environment. Since we have only a few litters each year, we prepare a dedicated puppy area before their birth and take it down once they find their forever homes. This designated space is in the great room of our house.
Puppies, especially during their early weeks of life, lack a fully developed immune system. Unlike adult dogs, they haven’t yet built up immunity to various viruses and parasites. This vulnerability makes them more susceptible to illnesses. One such dangerous virus is parvovirus (parvo), which can cause severe gastrointestinal symptoms, dehydration, and even death in puppies. To safeguard our puppies’ health, we are taking a proactive approach by minimizing foot traffic in our property. By doing so, we reduce the risk of introducing potential pathogens and help create a healthier environment for our little ones.
We schedule visits by appointment only. Before visiting, we kindly request that you adhere to the following precautions:
1. No other pets should accompany you during the visit.
2. On the day of your visit, please refrain from visiting pet stores, veterinarians, other breeders, rescues, shelters, groomers, training facilities, or boarding facilities.
Your cooperation ensures the safety of our puppies and allows us to provide you with the healthiest puppy possible. Please note that our policy on visitors may vary by litter, and if we do allow visits, they will occur during week 7 after puppy vaccinations.
